Im just half way through the blog but you mention about things about doctors and I am so furious to share. Knowledge can savef life are blocked behind subcriptions. In year 3, after I discover uptodate and my school pays for it, it drastically change how I study medicine. But it is not the same for every school. Like my school doesnt have Elsivier but Vin Uni does.

These knowledge updates are so valuable as 50% of medical knowledge expire after 5 years. And life of people can change drastically if these access arr more universal

Love your content. It would be nicer if you could put a table of content or list of headings at the top. That would be easier to navigate the 20-min-long content

Lovely! Can't get enough of your long-form writing. It is much curated and thought-provoking. Personally, my school has access to all sources of academic papers but the convenience is never on par with researchgates
